I’m not much for punk chics but after watching Scott Pilgrim VS The World, man I think im starting to like punk chics, especially if they look like Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Those big eyes….

 Anyways when I first saw the movie and this scene came up

Scott: That guy on base, His Todd

Ramona: I know

Scott: You Know? Oh Noo

I started to burst out laughing thinking of a scene I remembered one time. So I was going out with a girl at the time at the curve(we weren’t an item but we kinda liked each other back then) and she pointed at me on a girl she knew  didn’t quite like and said

Girl: You see that girl… She’s Melissa(not her real name)

Me: I know

Girl: huh… you know her? (angrily.. puzzled)

Me: Oh noooo

That was one of the funny moments I had. Anyways for me, I do sometimes think life is similar to games on PS3 or pc. The only exception is that we cannot save the game anytime we want and load it when we die or reach a dead end. That why people like to go gunz blazing, all out, one man army sort of mode when playing games on the screen and play it safe in real life..

“Running all the time”

I use this song for a video clip I did for my buddies back in MMU. It was their birthday and we were celebrating. Decided I pick up my videocam and did a video clip for memories sake. I wish I still have it then I’ll post it here definitely.

But this song has also another meaning for me. It seems that I’m always on the run with my life, running as fast as I can. Where to? I thought I knew where I was going only to realize a few years later I’m no longer sure. 

“Runing as fast as we can, do you think we will make it?”

Sometimes I just want to slow down and chill for a second. Call all of my buddies and just do stuff that didn’t matter, where all we were interested in is having fun. Now it’s all about future future future. Everybody is caught up with that. Some of them are even married.

And I am still here, still standing at the same place I was years ago. Other think highly of me but that’s just the front, sometimes even I fool myself in thinking I am doing well

Dishwalla - All Drawn Out

This song is romantic at best! But the meaning is so sad. Another song to remind me of how tiring falling in and out of love can be. Sometimes you just feel to a point where you would give up on love all together, when hot chics are no longer hot and when all that is sweet turns to sour. I just feel tired, just feel all drawn out.

I discovered this song while searching for more good songs by dishwalla. This is also the year where I decided to chase after 3 separate chics in MMU and only to be “kantoi-ed” when those 3 know each other . Damn, Haha.  I still remember that day, I was about to make my move with one of the chics at the cafeteria when the other 2 came and sat beside her. All 3 of them looked at me and talked to each other ,something like “you know him too?”

WooOopps… time to chow. After that my friends jokingly refused to lepaq with me coz they say that they will be blacklisted amongst the chics if they were seen with me…

Rubbish I tell ya..

Diswalla - Angels & Devils

When I first heard this song, it was played in smallville(such a good show till the last few season till it became more like a sappy teen “twilight” type of flick. Also Clark Kent’s krypton name is very much similar to mine :) 

Me and my buddies decided to make a videoclip with this song as the background after we finish our SPM, because all 3 of them were going overseas to study whereas I was stuck here in Malaysia( no complains though except I could’ve had the chance to date overseas chics!..BUmMMmerrr)

The videoclip I did was great, really touched all of our hearts. It was my first attempt in video editing. The overall production is amateurish at best but it’s the details that really count. I would upload the video if I could but several reasons will stop me from doing so,

1.       Its very sensitive, simply because one of my buddies is pretty much somebody now an if that video is made for public viewing, man…. Nuff said

2.       Someone STOLE IT! Dammit, my friend’s car was broken into at KLCC later that year and his video cam got stolen along with the tapes.

To all my G-cube buddies, how life has a way to make things terribly unpredictable huh..
