“Im walking into spiderwebs”

Man, I miss No Doubt. Spiderwebs is a nice song to hear to when you know that you are getting yourself into a mess and loving it! In this song lies a story I wanna share.

First, this song inspired me to get my first GF during high school. You see, I was a quiet boy back then, Still am actually ;). However there was this beautiful girl who everybody seems to like including the jocks in the bus. You see, I studied in St.johns, at that time, CBN, ST Mary and BBGS were just along the same long stretch road. As we know, St Mary is no longer near The Weld and BBGS location has become a shopping mall called the pavilion. 

Ok continue to the story, So there she was, all alone with her golden like hair(it was black but when the sun shines on her head, her hair seems to change color.. im a guy, I don’t know how else to explain to you) so to cut things short, I realize all the guys that went after her was ignored completely by her. I wondered what gives? I admit she was attractive but it was more of the curiosity that got me to decide to go on a mission to win her heart.

So this song was playing and I said to myself, Im gonna get myself into soo much trouble after this. Sometime soon after we made first contact, She became my very first GF and we somewhat had load of fun till we broke up. Last thing I heard, shes now married and just got her first child. Im happy for her.

But it puzzles me why women like to marry at such young age. Most of the reasons I heard was about the biological clock thingy and how if you marry late your chances of getting a kid drops. Im not judging, but perhaps it’s more of a peer pressure thing that the bio clock situation.

Anyways, That was the first beginning to a number of unsuccessful relationships. :)
